 Objectives
The Guest Observer Course (GOC) was instituted in 1968 in response to the growing attention on Korea's rapid economic growth. It is a one-week program held annually in November.

The objective of the GOC is to have the participants from overseas gain deeper understanding of the Bank¡¯s business activities, as well as the Korean economy, industries, financial system and culture through forums, lectures, discussions, and field trips.

Nearly 1,150 participants from over 400 financial institutions have attended the course since its inception.
