 Provide guidance during the preparation of the project’s bidding proposal
and the development of the project’s initial design and financial plan
Participate in negotiations with government agencies to set terms and
conditions for the project’s implementation agreement
Review project documentation
Assist to make the project structure bankable
Develop a financial model to conduct thorough financial evaluation and
analysis
Identify project risks and develop project structure to mitigate risks
Prepare a preliminary memorandum for lenders and investors
Evaluate and lend support for negotiations on offers received from
potential lenders
Manage the overall project to successfully conclude the deal in a timely
