KDB Ireland DAC (the “Company”) is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended) and from 25 May 2018, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “Data Protection Legislation”).

This Policy describes how personal data must be collected, handled, stored, disclosed and otherwise “processed” to meet the Company’s data protection standards and to comply with the Data Protection Legislation. The Company regards the lawful and correct treatment of personal data as integral to its successful operations and to maintain the confidence of clients, employees, contractors and any other parties it may work with.

This Policy applies to all employees, contractors and any other authorised third party who has access to any personal data held by or on behalf of the Company.
