• Obtained a license for the establishment of the branch, issued by the New York State Banking Department (NYSBD) and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) in August
• Applied for a license for the establishment of the branch to the NYSBD and the FRB in April
• Established a preparatory committee to open a New York branch in January

Preliminary authorization granted by the Ministry of Finance and Economy to establish a New York branch in December

Opened the New York office in September
